When complexity turns into clarity.

Digital tools should make work easier. Yet applications often sit side by side, information is entered more than once and recurring tasks take up more time than they should.

AMULEY connects the applications you already use, automates digital workflows and develops custom technical solutions. From a single automation to a modular system – shaped by your requirements and the tools you already work with.

01 · Integration

Your applications. One shared workflow.

When information has to move between different programs, unnecessary intermediate steps often follow. AMULEY builds technical connections between applications, data sources and interfaces so that information is available where it is needed.

We look at which existing interfaces can be used and where custom components make sense. Your existing software does not have to be replaced to make this work.

02 · Automation

Recurring tasks. Fewer manual steps.

Capturing information, transferring data, filing documents or passing on status updates: many digital tasks follow recurring patterns and, under the right conditions, can be automated.

AMULEY builds automations that take over these steps and make sensible use of your existing applications. Where decisions, checks or approvals are needed, they deliberately remain with people.

03 · Custom Systems

When standard solutions are not enough.

Not every requirement can be covered by an existing application or a single automation. Sometimes you need additional functions or a technical solution that brings several tasks together.

For these cases, AMULEY develops custom components and modular systems. Existing tools are included where it makes sense. New functions extend the system in a targeted way, without adding unnecessary complexity.

Possible use cases

Handling enquiries: Capture incoming enquiries in a structured way and pass them on to a CRM.

Synchronising data: Keep information consistent across different applications.

Organising documents: Provide technical support for recurring document workflows.

Connecting workflows: Combine several digital steps into one clear, traceable workflow.

These examples describe possible technical services, not completed client projects.

From a single task to a complete system.

Sometimes a single automation is enough to simplify a recurring step. In other cases, several applications need to be connected or additional functions developed.

What matters is not the size of the project, but a technical solution that fits the requirements. We clarify the scope, interfaces and necessary testing before implementation.

Modularity & synergies

More than the sum of individual solutions.

Many digital applications serve a specific purpose. A CRM manages customer information, project software organises tasks, and other tools support communication or document processing. On their own, these solutions can work extremely well. How they work together, however, often remains limited.

AMULEY takes a modular approach: existing applications and custom-built components are connected wherever shared workflows create additional value. Information can be used across several functions, and recurring steps can be coordinated with one another.

The key advantage: under suitable technical conditions, a new requirement can be met by combining existing components, without developing an entirely separate solution each time. One possible example: an existing connection between a contact form and a CRM is later extended with an automatic reminder, without having to rebuild the enquiry handling.

This does not require an extensive system from the outset. Individual modules can cover a specific need and later be extended or combined with other functions. Which synergies are actually possible depends on the applications, interfaces and requirements.

Project scope & quote

Every project has its own framework.

Based on your requirements, we first assess technical feasibility and outline a suitable system architecture. In doing so, we take into account existing applications, required interfaces, access rights and, where relevant, additional services.

This results in an individual quote with a defined scope of work, together with the identifiable one-off costs and any possible recurring costs. A detailed, extensive architecture is only included if it has been specifically agreed. Existing subscriptions generally remain the client's responsibility; additional services and the form of handover are agreed for each project.

Your project

Let's find out what's possible.

You don't need to have a finished technical solution in mind. Describe which applications you use, which workflow is on your mind or which function you need. We'll discuss your requirements and clarify which next steps make sense for your project.
