Experience creates understanding. Understanding creates systems.

AMULEY grew out of a practical question: how can technical possibilities be used in a way that genuinely meets the demands of everyday work?

This led to the aim of creating custom systems that combine practical experience with focused technical development.

The background

Experience from everyday work.

AMULEY was founded by André Fuentes Vasquez. It is built on around 20 years of operational professional experience, including leadership roles. This experience has been shaped by organising business processes, working with a wide range of people and taking responsibility for day-to-day operations.

Business processes are not made up of isolated tasks. People, information, responsibilities and decisions are interlinked. This perspective shapes development at AMULEY and helps align technical solutions with real requirements.

This background is complemented by a diploma in Marketing Management, which broadens the perspective on communication, customer needs and business contexts.

Our own development

What we build, we use ourselves.

Developing our own digital work environments is an important part of AMULEY. This includes Freelance OS, which is already used in our own day-to-day work and serves as the basis for further functions.

Internal projects like these make it possible to test technical processes under real conditions, refine requirements and understand how different components interact.

We deliberately distinguish between functions that are already in use and extensions that are still in development. For us, our own projects are practical development work – not artificially created client references.

Development methodology

Built in modules. Designed as a whole.

Our development methodology combines individual requirements with reusable technical components. Modules are not considered solely for their individual function, but also for how they can work together with other components.

Potential synergies are taken into account at the design stage and then tested for how they function together.

Development and quality assurance are deliberately kept separate. Alongside individual functions, we also review interfaces, dependencies and the behaviour of the system as a whole.

Our stance

Technology should support. Not dictate.

AMULEY does not see digital development as an end in itself. A solution makes sense when it fulfils a specific task, remains understandable and supports the people behind it.

This guides our decisions – from the first technical discussion to the documented handover.
