Your applications. Connected with purpose.
Many businesses use different programs for customer contacts, projects, documents or day-to-day organisation. Each one does its job, but the exchange between them doesn't always run smoothly. Information has to be entered again, files transferred manually or data maintained in several places.
AMULEY builds technical connections between existing applications and data sources. The goal is a meaningful flow of information, in which the right data is available in the right place at the right time – without having to replace your entire software landscape.
What we connect
Bringing your existing tools together.
Whether CRM, project management, email, calendar, document storage or other digital applications: what matters is which information needs to be exchanged between them and which technical options each program offers.
Where suitable interfaces exist, applications can communicate directly with each other. APIs enable a controlled exchange of data; webhooks can, for example, trigger processing as soon as a specific event occurs in a system.
The aim is not to connect as many programs as possible. An integration should serve a clear purpose, keep data flows transparent and support existing workflows in a meaningful way.
Typical use cases
From separate information to connected workflows.
Enquiries and CRM: Information from a contact form or an email can be passed to a CRM in a structured way. New contacts and enquiries can then be captured in one central place.
Projects and tasks: Changes in a project management tool can be coordinated with other applications, for example to transfer tasks or relevant status information.
Documents and data: Files and structured information can be exchanged between suitable applications and filed according to defined rules.
Calendar and organisation: Appointments, tasks and project-related information can be synchronised where the applications involved technically support it.
These examples describe possible integration tasks, not completed client projects.
Technical requirements
Not every connection makes sense by default.
Whether two applications can be connected depends on factors such as available interfaces, access rights, data formats and the technical limitations of each provider. The quality and structure of existing data also play a role.
That is why we check, before implementation, which data is actually needed, how it can be transferred and which access is required. Where a direct integration is not possible or would involve disproportionate effort, we discuss alternatives.
Especially where personal or confidential information is involved, permissions, data processing and responsibilities must be clearly defined.
Implementation & quality
A connection is only good if it works reliably.
Once the technical questions have been clarified, we define which information is transferred, when the exchange takes place and how errors or incomplete data should be handled.
Implementation follows the agreed requirements. We then test not only the individual connections but also the complete data flow. This includes suitable test cases, the handling of error states and clear documentation.
The result is an integration that does more than transfer data: its behaviour and limits remain understandable.
Project scope
From a single interface to a connected system.
Sometimes all that is needed is for two applications to exchange information. In other cases, several data sources, different permissions or more complex workflows are involved.
The actual effort depends on the existing applications, the available interfaces and the requirements for data quality, security and testing. We clarify these points before the project scope is defined. We then prepare an individual quote with a defined scope of work. Individual connections can be built as independent components, so that further applications can be added later in a targeted way, as far as the architecture allows.

Which connections are you still missing?
Would you like to connect the programs you already use or stop transferring information by hand? Tell us which applications you use and what should happen between them. Together, we'll clarify the requirements and discuss the next steps.
